Mr. Joseph Spiak

Mr. Joseph Spiak is President of AMS Health Care Mortgage Corp. and past Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank and has been active in the field of healthcare administration and finance for over 30 years. He holds degrees from Stonehill College in Easton, MA, and Columbia University. As a graduate of the Columbia University School of Public Health, Mr. Spiak did his residency at Montifiore Medical Center, New York. For seven years he served as Director of Planning, United Hospital, Port Chester, New York. He spent 18 years in Healthcare Public Finance as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and worked for Banc of America Securities as head of its Healthcare Finance Department. In 2008, Mr. Spiak established AMS Health Care Mortgage Corporation.
