The family is the first and most costly victim in the new cultures of urban poverties around the world. Founded in 1997 in Lima, Peru, the Father Peyton Family Institute has experience in research, organization, and education to address these new family and social realities.
The Institute conducts research into the problems faced by families worldwide and develops programs and materials in answer to these needs. These strategies, programs and activities are dynamic responses to the growing threat to family life everywhere.
In Peru, the Institute gives direct service to families through educational programs and activities, research, and development. The staff engages young people and their parents in educational, catechetical, sacramental, and healthy entertainment pursuits. Implementing new and improved methods of education and communication, these programs support one another to make a positive impact on the community.
At the Father Peyton Family Institute, we are planting seeds of hope, and our programs and activities are helping families around the globe whose lives are difficult, but who sincerely want and deserve a better future for themselves and for their children.
