Family Rosary Crusade in the Philippines

Family Rosary International: Philippines

The 3rd Anniversary of Family Rosary Crusade in Marinduque and the Father Peyton Guild took place on Sunday October 29, 2006, starting with the 8:00 AM Holy Mass.  Fr. Peter Recalde, Jr., celebrated the Mass with hundreds of people in attendance. The Mass was followed by the Family Rosary Crusade Program presented by the newly elected Family Rosary Crusade Officers and the new chapters of the Father Peyton Guild.

During this program, the members took the oath as officers and there was a renewal ceremony for the chapter members of the Father Peyton Guild.  Also during this time there was the awarding of the winners for the Try Prayer! It Works! Contest.  This contest invites students to depict a certain theme either in poetry, composition or artwork.  

From September 8th until October 31st there was a Parish Block Rosary with Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Image.

During this time 8 chapters of the Father Peyton Guild from Sacred Heart Parish participated in the event.  There were processions, the praying of the Rosary and presentations.

During the course of this time, hundreds of people participated in the event and many took part in the processions.
