Family Life Director Summit

We are so pleased you are registering to participate in our upcoming digital conference.

The online summit will propose a dynamic approach to family ministry rooted in both solid Catholic insights into the significance of domestic church life and the latest research on faith transmission within families.

The 90-minute webinars will be offered once a week for 5 weeks from noon to 1:30 pm (ET). Each session will have a 45-minute presentation and a 45-minute discussion/reflection. The webinar dates and topics are:

• June 12 - Session 1: Celebrating the Liturgy of Domestic Church Life—Why is family life a liturgy? Overview 
• June 19 - Session 2: Family Spirituality and The Rite of Relationship—Living our Priestly Mission
• June 26 - Session 3: Family Spirituality and The Rite of Rituals—Living the Prophetic Mission
• July 10 - Session 4: Family Spirituality and The Rite of Reaching Out—Living the Royal Mission
• July 17 - Session 5: USCCB Pastoral Plan Update (Dominic Lombardi & Julia Dezelski) / Family Life Ministry “Wish List” Discussion

The second part of the last session will explore how The Peyton Institute for Domestic Church Life can support the ongoing efforts of Diocesan Family Life Ministry professionals to renew domestic church life. What tools, resources, support do Family Life Ministers to do their work more effectively/How can we help? 

All sessions will be recorded in the event you are unavailable to participate in the live sessions or should you want to review them again.

Registration fee for all 5 sessions as well as access to the recorded videos is $50
